Prohibitions

PROHIBITION OF DISTRIBUTOR

This section defines strictly prohibited activities for all distributors associated with the Company. Any violation may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

  1. Misrepresentation & False Claims
    The Distributor shall NOT:
    • Make false or exaggerated claims about products
    • Claim that products can cure diseases without scientific/approved proof
    • Provide misleading or unverified testimonials
  2. Income Misleading Practices
    The Distributor is strictly prohibited from:
    • Guaranteeing income, returns, or profits
    • Showing fake income proofs or screenshots
    • Promoting the business as a “get rich quick scheme”
  3. Unauthorized Selling Practices
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Sell products below or above MRP without approval
    • Sell expired or damaged products
    • Engage in bulk stocking with intent of price manipulation
  4. Cross-Line & Network Manipulation
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Shift or attempt to shift team members to another sponsor
    • Interfere in another distributor’s network
    • Create fake IDs or duplicate accounts
  5. Unauthorized Use of Brand
    Distributor is prohibited from:
    • Using company logo, name, or identity without permission
    • Creating fake websites, social media pages, or advertisements
    • Misusing company documents or presentations
  6. Illegal & Unethical Activities
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Engage in fraud, cheating, or illegal money circulation
    • Promote pyramid schemes or non-compliant structures
    • Violate government regulations
  7. Product Misuse & Medical Violation
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Present products as medicines if they are not approved as such
    • Advise customers to stop prescribed medical treatments
    • Provide unauthorized medical consultation
  8. Harassment & Pressure Selling
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Force or pressure anyone to join or purchase products
    • Use abusive language or unethical persuasion
    • Harass customers, team members, or prospects
  9. Unauthorized Advertising & Promotion
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Run paid ads without company approval
    • Use celebrity images or government logos falsely
    • Spread misleading content on social media
  10. Financial Misconduct
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Collect money without issuing proper invoice
    • Use company name for personal loans or financial fraud
    • Misuse customer payments
  11. Non-Compete Violation
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Promote competing direct selling companies
    • Sell similar Ayurvedic/Nutraceutical products from competitors
    • Engage in conflict of interest
  12. Confidentiality Breach
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Share company data, plans, or distributor network details
    • Leak internal business strategies
    • Share login credentials with others
  13. Event & Meeting Misconduct
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Spread negative or false information about the company
    • Create unauthorized meetings or training sessions
    • Misguide new distributors
  14. Inducement & Incentive Misuse
    Distributor shall NOT:
    • Offer unauthorized discounts, gifts, or cash incentives
    • Use external schemes to attract joining
    • Create false promotional offers
  15. Violation Consequences
    If any Distributor violates the above prohibitions:
    • The Company may suspend or terminate the distributor ID
    • Incentives/commissions may be withheld
    • Legal action may be taken as per Indian laws
  16. Final Authority
    The Company reserves the sole right to interpret, modify, and enforce these prohibitions at any time.
