A CAMWEL Registered Direct Seller is entitled for 100% refund of invoice amount (maximum period within 30 days from the date of invoice) against the product(s) return but subject to following conditions:
In both the above cases (a) and (b), Direct Seller’s ID shall be terminated.
If 100% Refund policy window/timeline is expired, then a Direct Seller can avail benefit of Buy Back Refund Policy.
In this case, a Direct Seller is entitled for 70% refund of invoice amount within 182 days from the date of invoice against the product(s) return but subject to the following conditions: -
